Oncology / Chemotherapy Nurse
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
A leading healthcare organization in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Oncology / Chemotherapy Nurse to join its Oncology Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer chemotherapy treatments safely in accordance with physician orders and approved oncology protocols.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after chemotherapy administration.
- Monitor patients for treatment-related complications and respond appropriately to adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and their families regarding chemotherapy treatment plans, side effects, and supportive care.
- Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation while adhering to patient safety, infection prevention, and hazardous drug handling standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Valid SCFHS registration and professional classification.
- Minimum 2 years of recent Oncology/Chemotherapy Nursing experience (Mandatory).
- Proven experience in chemotherapy administration and oncology patient care.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
- Immediate availability or short notice is an advantage.
