Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based at Bodykraft Physio in Goregaon, Mumbai. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy and exercise-based interventions for pain relief, sports injury rehabilitation, post-surgery recovery, and posture correction. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed evaluations, guiding patients through rehabilitation programs, monitoring progress, and updating treatment plans based on clinical outcomes. The role involves educating patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and performance optimization, as well as collaborating with other team members to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care. The Physiotherapist will maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to a safe, professional, and patient-centered environment.
Qualifications
- Relevant academic background such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution, with appropriate professional licensure or registration.
- Strong clinical skills in musculoskeletal assessment, manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitation for sports injuries and post-surgical recovery.
- Ability to design personalized treatment plans, track patient progress, and adjust interventions based on evidence-based practice and clinical reasoning.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to explain treatment plans clearly, motivate patients, and build trust with diverse high-performance clients.
- Comfort working in a high-energy, performance-oriented environment, with a focus on punctuality, professionalism, and patient experience.
- Experience in sports physiotherapy, orthopedic clinics, or performance centers is an advantage; familiarity with posture correction and ergonomic training is beneficial.
- Basic proficiency with clinical documentation systems, scheduling tools, and maintaining accurate medical records.
- Willingness to participate in continuous learning, workshops, or certifications related to advanced physiotherapy techniques and sports performance.
