What You'll Do:

Conduct assessments with children to design individualized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals and evidence-based methods.
Track and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Coordinate care with the broader clinical team, including OTs, SLTs, and neurologists.
Provide clear, compassionate consultations to parents and guardians on diagnosis, progress, and next steps.
Educate children and families on home exercise programs and safety practices.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with center and DHA standards.

What We're Looking For:

Required:

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, with a specialization or strong clinical focus in pediatrics.
Active DHA license to practice Physiotherapy.
A minimum of 3 years of experience with Pediatric Physiotherapy.
Strong communication skills in English.
Prior experience in a multidisciplinary pediatric clinic rather than general/adult physiotherapy.
Balance, posture, and coordination training
Gait correction including toe walking management
Genuine patience, empathy, and comfort working directly with children and parents.
Strong Team Player
Use play-based and child-friendly therapeutic approaches to enhance engagement
Participate in case discussions and therapy planning meetings
Strong clinical reasoning in pediatric neuro-rehabilitation
