Role Description The BDS – Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for training dental professionals and internal teams on Laxmi Dental’s products, protocols, and best practices. Day-to-day activities include delivering structured training sessions, demonstrations, and workshops, both in classroom and clinical settings. The role involves creating and updating training materials, presentations, and curricula aligned with product updates and industry standards. The trainer will provide coaching and mentorship to participants, assess learning outcomes, and offer feedback to improve skills and knowledge. Collaboration with sales and product teams to understand new offerings and support customer education is a key part of this position.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Training and Teaching skills to deliver clear, engaging, and effective sessions.
- Candidates should possess Curriculum Development and Coaching skills to design structured programs and guide learner progress.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support product education, address customer queries, and collaborate with commercial teams.
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent dental qualification; valid registration with relevant dental council preferred.
- Prior experience in dental training, academic teaching, or clinical instruction is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain clinical concepts and product features clearly.
- Good organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining training records and reports.
- Comfort working on-site in Mumbai and engaging with diverse groups of learners and stakeholders.
