Detailed Job Description
The Hospital Quality Coordinator will assist in monitoring hospital policies, SOP implementation, patient-safety indicators, incident reporting, consent documentation, infection-control coordination, medical-record completeness, departmental audits and corrective-action follow-up. The role involves preparing audit checklists, collecting data from departments, supporting training sessions, maintaining quality files, coordinating with nursing, laboratory, pharmacy, front office and housekeeping teams, and tracking closure of observations raised during internal reviews. The coordinator will also help improve patient-feedback processes, service-recovery documentation and communication between quality, operations and clinical leadership.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be organised, diplomatic and comfortable working with multiple departments. They should understand that quality work requires both documentation discipline and practical relationship-building with busy clinical teams.
