Physiotherapist / Rehabilitation
Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Conduct clinical evaluations to diagnose physical problems and functional limitations.
- Treatment Planning: Design individualized, evidence-based rehabilitation programs tailored to patient-specific goals.
- Therapeutic Intervention: Execute advanced modalities including manual therapy, electrotherapy, dry needling, and corrective exercise.
- Progress Monitoring: Review recovery benchmarks regularly and adjust clinical treatments accordingly.
- Regulatory Documentation: Maintain medical records compliant with JCI standards and local regulatory audits.
- Patient Education: Instruct patients and family caregivers on home exercise regimens and ergonomic modifications.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Licensure Status: Active license or eligibility letter from DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOHAP is mandatory.
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT); a Master's Degree (MPT) is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical experience post-graduation for Bachelor’s holders.
- Technical Proficiencies: Experience with specialized frameworks like McKenzie, PNF, NDT, or sensory integration.
- Soft Skills: Strong intercultural communication, adaptability, and time management skills.
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
