Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dentist role based in Raichur. The Dentist will perform routine and advanced dental procedures, including examinations, diagnosis, preventive care, restorative treatments, and minor oral surgeries. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive care, and ensuring accurate clinical documentation. The role also involves working closely with dental assistants and support staff, maintaining strict infection control protocols, and contributing to a positive, patient-centered practice environment.
Qualifications
- Relevant dental degree (BDS or equivalent) from an accredited institution and valid license/registration to practice dentistry.
- Demonstrated experience in general dentistry, including diagnostics, restorative procedures, preventive care, and basic endodontic and prosthodontic treatments.
- Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to evidence-based practice and infection control standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain treatment options clearly and build trust with patients of diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical team, manage a steady patient schedule, and maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Willingness to participate in continuous professional development, stay updated on advances in dental techniques and technologies, and contribute to practice improvement.
- Prior experience in a clinical or hospital-based dental setting is preferred but not required; new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.
