Role Description The Dermatology Nurse at Reforma Clinics provides direct patient care in an aesthetic and dermatology-focused setting, supporting dermatologists with consultations, treatments, and follow-up care. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing patients and treatment rooms, conducting skin assessments, assisting with dermatological and aesthetic procedures, and monitoring patients during and after interventions. The role also involves educating patients on treatment plans, skincare routines, and post-procedure care, while maintaining accurate medical documentation and adhering to clinical protocols and infection control standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, requiring close collaboration with the medical team to ensure safe, high-quality, and natural-looking outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Medicine and Nursing, with the ability to apply clinical best practices in an aesthetic dermatology setting.
- Specialized experience in Dermatology Nursing and skin care, including assessment, treatment support, and post-procedure monitoring.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with patients, explaining procedures and aftercare, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Valid nursing license in Saudi Arabia and formal nursing qualification (e.g., Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent).
- Experience in aesthetic or dermatology clinics, familiarity with skincare products and procedures, and commitment to patient safety and confidentiality.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Riyadh, demonstrating reliability, attention to detail, and a patient-centered approach.
- Proficiency in basic clinical documentation, infection control practices, and use of medical equipment; fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
