Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dental Assistant role based in Bengaluru. The Dental Assistant will support dentists during clinical procedures, prepare treatment rooms, and ensure instruments and materials are ready and organized for each patient. Daily responsibilities include assisting with chairside procedures, providing basic oral care instructions to patients, managing patient flow, and updating records as directed by clinical staff. The role also involves maintaining high standards of infection control, overseeing sterilization of instruments and equipment, and adhering to documented protocols and audits. The Dental Assistant will contribute to a consistent and trustworthy patient experience, working closely with the clinical team to deliver honest, high-quality dental care.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Dental Assisting, including chairside support and patient preparation.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Dentistry and Oral Care to support clinical procedures and patient education.
- Candidates should possess skills in Dental Care, including basic patient guidance, post-treatment instructions, and comfort management.
- Candidates should possess Sterilization and infection control skills, with the ability to follow documented protocols and safety standards.
- Relevant certification or diploma in Dental Assisting or Dental Nursing is preferred.
- Prior experience in a dental clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
- Willingness to follow standardized processes, participate in training, and collaborate with the clinical team.
