Role Description The MPT Clinic Physiotherapist role at PhysioPlus is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The physiotherapist will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions in a clinic setting. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed physical assessments, documenting findings and progress, managing treatment schedules, and maintaining accurate clinical records using digital tools. The role involves close collaboration with other healthcare professionals, educating patients and caregivers on exercises and preventive care, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards. The physiotherapist is also expected to participate in training, CME activities, and quality improvement initiatives supported by PhysioPlus.
Qualifications
- Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) from a recognized institution; valid professional registration/licensure as required by local regulations.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills in musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, or sports rehabilitation, with the ability to create and adjust individualized care plans.
- Proficiency in using clinic management software and digital documentation tools, including electronic medical records, appointment scheduling, and billing systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to counsel patients, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and build trust with families and caregivers.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Jaipur, manage caseloads efficiently, and maintain high standards of professional ethics and patient safety.
- Commitment to continuous learning, participation in CME programs, openness to mentorship, and interest in upskilling for advanced or international practice pathways.
- Prior experience in a clinic or hospital-based physiotherapy setting is preferred; familiarity with standardized protocols and outcome measurement tools is an advantage.
