Company Description Bespoke Therapy Solutions Rehabilitation Centre is a UAE-based clinic that provides evidence-based Speech and Language Pathology and Occupational Therapy services to help individuals reach their fullest potential. The team combines clinical excellence with compassionate, family-centred care and works closely with parents, caregivers, educators and healthcare professionals.
Services are offered across the lifespan, with a specialised focus on paediatrics, including infants, toddlers, children and adolescents, as well as adults with developmental, neurological, sensory or physical challenges. The clinic also partners with nurseries, schools and healthcare providers to deliver collaborative rehabilitation services that support clients in school, within their home environments and within their communities.
Role Description The Occupational Therapist (Paediatric) will provide assessment, intervention and ongoing therapy for infants, children, and adolescents with developmental, sensory, motor and functional needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting standardized and informal evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering one-to-one therapy sessions and documenting clinical findings and progress. The role involves close collaboration with families, educators and multidisciplinary team members, as well as participation in case conferences, school visits and caregiver training. The therapist will contribute to service development through evidence-based practice, continuing education and quality improvement activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Occupational Therapy, including assessment, intervention planning and evidence-based paediatric practice.
- Candidates should demonstrate foundational knowledge in Medicine and Rehabilitation to support holistic, multidisciplinary care.
- Candidates should have specific skills and experience in Pediatrics, including work with infants, toddlers, school-aged children and adolescents with diverse developmental profiles.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for working with children, families, educators and healthcare professionals, including clear documentation and report writing.
- Additional beneficial skills include experience in sensory integration, school-based therapy, parent coaching, interdisciplinary teamwork and cultural responsiveness in diverse communities.

- Deliver evidence-based OT interventions for children with sensory processing, developmental and motor skill needs
- Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and our multidisciplinary team
- Track progress and adapt therapy goals to support each child's unique journey
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- 2–5 years of pediatric clinical experience
- DOH/HAAD license (or eligibility to obtain)
