Role Description The Hospital Administrator – Ayurvedic is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the Ayurvedic hospital, ensuring efficient, patient-centric services aligned with the organization’s quality standards and Ayurvedic principles. This full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur includes managing administrative workflows, coordinating with medical and support staff, optimizing patient registration, admission, discharge, and follow-up processes, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal policies. The role involves monitoring facility cleanliness and safety, managing inventory of medical and Ayurvedic supplies, and supporting implementation of standard operating procedures for hospital services. The administrator will collaborate with clinical teams to enhance patient experience, address queries and feedback, manage scheduling, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Additional responsibilities include assisting in reporting, data management, and coordination with senior management for operational planning and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Hospital Operations and Hospital Management to oversee daily functions, optimize processes, and maintain quality standards.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to engage effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Foundational understanding of Medicine, preferably Ayurvedic or integrative healthcare, to coordinate with clinical staff and support safe, informed care delivery.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Ayurvedic Medicine, or a related field.
- Experience working in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility, ideally within Ayurveda or traditional medicine settings.
- Ability to manage teams, resolve problems, and handle operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with basic healthcare IT systems, patient records, and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical, patient-focused care.
