We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Consultant Dermatologist fluent in Malayalam to join our prestigious healthcare team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and management of skin conditions while delivering culturally sensitive patient care in a multilingual environment. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough patient examinations and accurately diagnose dermatological conditions. - Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients with various skin disorders. - Perform dermatological procedures such as biopsies, excisions, and laser treatments. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in dermatology and participate in continuous medical education. - Educate patients on skin care, disease prevention, and treatment options in a culturally appropriate manner. - Manage patient follow-ups and monitor treatment outcomes to ensure effectiveness.
- Medical degree with specialization in Dermatology and valid certification/license to practice in UAE. - Proven experience as a Dermatologist with excellent clinical and procedural skills. - Fluency in Malayalam and good command of English to communicate effectively with diverse patient groups. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary medical team. - Familiarity with the UAE healthcare regulations and cultural sensitivities. - Up-to-date knowledge of dermatological treatments, technologies, and industry standards.
