Rofael Group is hiring a licensed Pharmacist for a hybrid position spent primarily on the pharmacy floor across our portfolio, not behind a desk. This is not a strict Head Office role — expect a regular mix of in-store and Head Office time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide relief pharmacist coverage at pharmacies across the Rofael Group portfolio, including short-notice shifts.
- Plan and personally deliver in-store Professional Services Days (e.g., medication reviews, vaccinations, point-of-care testing)
- across portfolio locations.
- Maintain full working competence in pharmacy rules and regulations, and keep the Group current on new provincial and OCP rules through regular updates to Head Office and store teams.
WHAT YOU BRING
• Unrestricted OCP registration in good standing.
• Strong, current knowledge of Ontario pharmacy legislation and OCP Standards of Practice.
• Injection certification; valid drivers license and reliable transportation for travel between sites.
• Comfortable splitting time between in-store practice and Head Office work — this is a genuinely hybrid role, not office-only.
