Job Description:-
- Conduct patient consultations, medical history, and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as per clinical requirements.
- Review and interpret laboratory and diagnostic reports.
- Provide preventive healthcare and lifestyle counseling.
- Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up care.
- Identify medical emergencies and provide initial emergency management.
- Refer patients to specialists when required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Coordinate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
