Role Description Home Nurses at ALDAR MAISON HOME HEALTH CARE L.L.C. provide direct, high-quality patient care in home settings, with a focus on individuals undergoing home hemodialysis and those living with chronic conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, monitoring vital signs, administering medications and treatments, supporting dialysis procedures, and documenting care in accordance with clinical standards. Home Nurses educate patients and families on disease management, equipment use, and infection control, while collaborating closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to implement care plans. The role also involves ensuring a safe home environment, recognizing changes in patient status, and coordinating follow-up care and referrals as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, requiring travel to patients’ homes within the service area.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license/registration and recognized nursing qualification (e.g., Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing).
- Clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and management of chronic conditions.
- Experience or training in dialysis care, particularly hemodialysis, home-based treatments, and use of medical devices and equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for educating patients and families and collaborating with healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently in home settings, manage schedules, and respond effectively to urgent patient needs.
- Knowledge of infection prevention, safety protocols, and accurate clinical documentation practices.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages commonly used in the region are an advantage.
- Previous experience in home healthcare, renal care, or chronic disease management in Dubai or the wider UAE is preferred.
