We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, support patient recovery, and work collaboratively with medical professionals to ensure excellent health outcomes in a dynamic clinical environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Monitor patient health and record vital signs, medical history, and symptoms accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and preventive care.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the nursing environment.
- Document nursing care and patient progress reports clearly and timely.
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures under medical supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Valid nursing license recognized in the UAE.
- Proven experience as a Staff Nurse in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong understanding of nursing practices, patient care, and medical procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient and team interactions.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficient in using healthcare software and patient management systems.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Flexibility to work in shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
