Heights Plus is a specialized limb lengthening surgery and rehabilitation center based in Gurugram, Haryana. We provide height increase surgery, limb length discrepancy treatment, deformity correction, non-union fracture treatment, and comprehensive orthopedic rehabilitation.
Role Description
We are looking for a skilled, confident, and dedicated Physiotherapist with a BPT/MPT qualification and specialization in Orthopedics to join our team. The candidate will provide rehabilitation care to patients undergoing limb lengthening surgeries and other orthopedic procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy and rehabilitation plans.
- Conduct physical assessments and monitor patients' mobility, strength, and recovery.
- Provide post-operative rehabilitation for orthopedic and limb lengthening patients.
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional recovery.
- Educate patients on rehabilitation protocols, precautions, and home exercises.
- Maintain patient records and track treatment progress.
- Coordinate with doctors and the healthcare team to ensure effective patient care.
- Participate in camera-facing activities, including educational videos, patient awareness content, and rehabilitation demonstrations for social media.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: BPT or MPT with a specialization in Orthopedics (MPT Ortho preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional physiotherapy experience.
- Gender: Male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
- Female Candidates: Senior and experienced female physiotherapists are preferred.
- Camera-Friendly: Must be comfortable and confident appearing on camera for educational videos, patient awareness content, and social media activities.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise therapy, mobility training, and orthopedic rehabilitation techniques.
- Experience in post-surgical rehabilitation is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-management skills.
- Ability to motivate patients and provide compassionate, patient-focused care.
- Valid professional registration or licensing, wherever applicable.
