We’re looking for a passionate Senior Occupational Therapist - Paediatric to one of our Clients in Dubai to lead and deliver high-quality, child-centered therapy services. You’ll manage a clinical caseload, support a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to service development and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide specialist OT assessment and treatment for children (individual & group sessions)
Develop personalized, goal-oriented therapy plans with families and MDT
Manage complex paediatric cases independently
Support and supervise junior therapists
Contribute to training, service development, and clinical best practices
Collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in occupational therapy
Minimum 2+ years of paediatric experience
Experience supporting children with learning or communication challenges
DHA license or eligibility letter (mandatory)
Valid driver’s license and access to a car
Strong communication and teamwork skills
