Primary Title: Head of Marketing – Hospitals

Location: India | On-site

Role & Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and brand strategy for one or multiple hospital facilities to drive occupancy, specialty service lines, and outpatient volumes.
Design and run high-impact patient-acquisition campaigns across digital, offline, and referral channels; optimise conversion funnels and reduce cost-per-acquisition.
Own physician and stakeholder engagement programs—build referral pipelines, CME initiatives, and strategic partnerships with clinics, insurers, and community organisations.
Lead the marketing P&L: set budgets, select and manage agencies/vendors, and deliver measurable ROI against revenue and occupancy targets.
Implement a data-driven performance framework—define KPIs, manage dashboards, and run continuous experimentation (A/B testing, channel mix) to scale what works.
Build, mentor, and scale a multi-disciplinary marketing team covering digital, content/PR, events, CRM, and analytics.
