Role Overview:

We are looking for a confident and patient-focused BDS Associate Dentist with around 2 years of clinical experience who can independently handle general dental procedures and support the overall clinical workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general dental procedures including:

Root canal treatments (RCT)
Dental fillings and restorations
Tooth extractions
Scaling and polishing
Basic prosthetic procedures (crowns, bridges assistance)
Diagnose dental conditions and prepare treatment plans
Maintain proper clinical records and documentation
Ensure excellent patient communication and comfort
Assist in maintaining clinical hygiene and sterilization protocols

Requirements:

BDS degree from a recognized institution
1.5–3 years of clinical experience in private practice preferred
Ability to independently perform basic dental procedures including RCT
Good diagnostic and communication skills
Professional, ethical, and patient-centric approach
Willingness to learn and grow in a modern dental setup
