Role Overview:
We are looking for a confident and patient-focused BDS Associate Dentist with around 2 years of clinical experience who can independently handle general dental procedures and support the overall clinical workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general dental procedures including:
- Root canal treatments (RCT)
- Dental fillings and restorations
- Tooth extractions
- Scaling and polishing
- Basic prosthetic procedures (crowns, bridges assistance)
- Diagnose dental conditions and prepare treatment plans
- Maintain proper clinical records and documentation
- Ensure excellent patient communication and comfort
- Assist in maintaining clinical hygiene and sterilization protocols
Requirements:
- BDS degree from a recognized institution
- 1.5–3 years of clinical experience in private practice preferred
- Ability to independently perform basic dental procedures including RCT
- Good diagnostic and communication skills
- Professional, ethical, and patient-centric approach
- Willingness to learn and grow in a modern dental setup
