Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Associate Dentist at Tooth Docs. The Associate Dentist will provide dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans, and perform a wide range of dental procedures, including restorative and preventive care. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, and collaborating with a professional dental team to provide exceptional care and service along with ensuring a seamless workflow at the clinic.
Qualifications
BDS graduate with atleast 1-2 years experience looking to work in the long run.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform general dental procedures (restorative work, crown cementations, scaling/polishing ,intra oral scans and diagnostic impressions etc.).
- Accurately document patient medical histories, treatments, and progress notes.
- Be able to diagnose and plan relevant treatments.
- Utilize dental practice management software.
- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and front office staff.
- Take part in management of appointment schedules.
- Provide clear post-treatment instructions and manage follow-up appointments.
- Educate patients on their conditions and treatment options.
- Work collaboratively with other dental professionals.
- Address patient concerns in a professional manner.
