Job Description for Doctors
• Responsible for giving a visit to all clients coming for treatment and consulting with them.
• Ensuring that clients provide their total medical history and writing about it in detail on prescription pads.
• Ensuring to take follow-up from the clients post-treatments.
• Ensuring call-backs to all clients if they have any queries regarding post-care treatment.
• Doing Treatments
• Responsible for handling any client.
• Responsible for helping the client with customize Packages.
• Responsible for maintaining and following up, updating the leads in the lead management system n timely manner.
• Ensuring proper pre- and post-pictures are taken in the photography room.
• Responsible for checking client details filled in the consent form and the signature taken.
• Responsible for giving prescriptions and recommending products to any Facial client if required.
• Being presentable as per brand standard
• Coordination and instruction to Nurses and therapists to arrange client treatment on time.
• Timely completion of all consultations/treatment as per standard
• Be a team player.
• Maintain professionalism, no gossip or politics.
• Customer satisfaction, resolving customer complaints and queries, Upselling packages, Cross-selling services, and a zero refund policy to be followed.
• Equipment damage policy to be followed day to day.
• Participate in the referral policy program to recruit all open positions every month.
• Help train & develop newcomers, Speak politely and softly to everyone: clients and team members,
• Maintaining attendance/leave register daily, updating in the Excel sheet provided and forwarding to the finance
• The doctor should Complete they course in Cosmetology.
