Key Responsibilities
- reate and maintain comprehensive medical files for each player, including current and previous medical reports.
- Prepare periodic reports on players’ medical conditions and follow up on treatment and rehabilitation periods, submitting reports to management.
- Supervise all medical equipment and tools, ensuring proper maintenance and readiness for use.
- Coordinate directly with the treating physician to initiate and follow up on required treatment plans.
- Organize periodic medical examinations and monitor treatment progress.
- Organize and coordinate attendance at training sessions and matches to monitor players and provide medical support.
- Cooperate immediately with hospitals and medical centers in cases of player injuries.
- Provide first aid and immediate medical care to players during training sessions and matches.
