ResearchAyu was started with the mission to find cures for incurable diseases. We
take up incurable and serious diseases, conduct research, and develop treatments
and medicines to treat these incurable diseases. We conduct extensive clinical
studies and trials to generate strong clinical evidence and measurable patient

We are able to regrow knee cartilage (cushion) in the knee and regrow vertebral
discs in the spine. We are also able to bring back normal antibody levels in
autoimmune diseases like RA & ANA.
We have strong collaborations with the All India Institute of Ayurveda, Delhi and the
Ministry of AYUSH to develop new medicines and conduct clinical trials aligned with
regulatory standards.
Currently, we operate 60+ clinics across Pan India, treating 10,000+ patients daily,
with 300+ doctors associated with us.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Regeneration Specialist (RS) is a core Ayurveda role responsible for delivering
guildline-driven regenerative care to patients with chronic and serious conditions.
This role is more than regular OPD work. It focuses on correct diagnosis, tracking
patient progress, proper documentation, and planning long-term recovery. The RS
works not only as a treating doctor but also plays an important role in ResearchAyu's
regenerative care system.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct detailed patient consultations, including medical history, lifestyle
assessment, and Ayurvedic evaluation (Prakriti, Vikriti, Agni, Ama, Srotas).
Provide accurate diagnoses as per ResearchAyu's clinical guidelines and assess
whether the patient is suitable for regenerative treatment.
Prepare and implement personalized treatment plans, including Ayurvedic
medicines and lifestyle modifications.
Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure treatments are delivered safely
and correctly.
Regularly monitor patient progress and update treatment plans based on
recovery response.
• Maintain clear and accurate patient records and documentation.
• Refer complex or non-improving cases to senior experts for further guidance.
• Educate patients about their condition, treatment process, and the importance of
adherence and preventive care.
• Follow ResearchAyu's clinical guidelines, documentation standards, and ethical
practices at all times.
Eligibility & Experience :
• BAMS OR BAMS / MD (Freshers to Experienced candidates can apply)
(A strong learning mindset and willingness to work within structured regenerative
protocols is essential.)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days per week
Weekend Working: Saturday & Sunday
Weekly Off: 1 rotational weekday off (Monday to Friday)
