We are looking for a dynamic and analytical professional to join our team as Deputy Manager / Manager – Market Research & Business Strategy / Data Analysis.
🎯 Major Purpose of the Role
The role is accountable for managing the end-to-end market research function for the department. This includes leveraging external data sources such as IQVIA and SMSRC to understand real-world prescribing patterns, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
The insights generated are translated into evidence-based, compliant strategies that drive meaningful patient impact and sustainable business growth.
📌 Principal Accountabilities
- Develop standardized reporting formats for RxBU divisions to help marketing teams interpret data effectively
- Prepare monthly IQVIA review reports for all 12 RxBU divisions
- Prepare detailed regional (state-wise) monthly performance reports including competitor analysis
- Handle 20–25+ monthly queries from marketing and cross-functional teams
- Develop and implement standard formats for prescription (SMSRC) data reporting
- Prepare bi-monthly SMSRC review reports for all 12 divisions
- Coordinate with external agencies for data updates (OOT formats, new launches, non-featured products, etc.)
- Generate actionable insights from monthly data reviews
- Support Management Trainees and new joiners in understanding processes and data interpretation
- Work on ad-hoc projects supporting Marketing, Strategy, CADEX, Finance, and Senior Management teams
