We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Executive to build strong HR processes, nurture talent, and support our fast-growing organization.
Job Summary
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, payroll coordination, and performance management. The role requires someone who can work in a startup ecosystem and build structured HR systems from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer roll-out)
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs
- Maintain employee documentation and records
- Develop talent pipeline for technical and non-technical roles
- HR Operations
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HRMIS
- Coordinate payroll processing with finance/accounts team
- Draft HR policies, employment letters, and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, etc.)
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive employee engagement initiatives
- Organize team-building activities and performance recognition programs
- Address employee grievances and maintain positive work culture
- Promote startup culture aligned with innovation and impact
- Performance & Development
- Support performance appraisal processes
- Assist in setting KPIs and KRAs across departments
- Identify training and development needs
- Coordinate skill development and compliance training programs
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulatory norms
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data
- Support audits and regulatory documentation as required
