Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based at FitFormance in Ahmedabad. The Physiotherapist will assess clients’ physical conditions, develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans, and provide hands-on therapy to address musculoskeletal, sports-related, and postural issues. The role includes monitoring progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and collaborating closely with trainers and rehabilitation experts to integrate physiotherapy with fitness and sports training programs. Daily responsibilities also involve educating clients on injury prevention, exercise techniques, and lifestyle adjustments, maintaining accurate clinical records, and upholding safety and quality standards in the studio.
Qualifications
- Relevant clinical expertise in physiotherapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation for sports, orthopedic, and postural conditions.
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, movement analysis, and functional training concepts aligned with performance-based fitness.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including trainers and rehabilitation specialists, and communicate clearly with clients.
- Proficiency in client education on injury prevention, safe exercise techniques, and lifestyle modification to support long-term health outcomes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) from an accredited institution; relevant licenses or registrations as required.
- Prior experience in a sports, fitness, or rehabilitation setting is highly beneficial, especially working with diverse age groups and fitness levels.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills, with attention to detail and adherence to ethical and professional standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed, demonstrate a client-centric mindset, and continuously update skills through professional development.
