Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Event Strategist with deep expertise in pharma or healthcare event management, particularly in strategically planning and driving attendance for doctor-focused conferences, webinars, roundtables, and seminars. In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of high-impact investor and client engagement events for our wealth management business, ensuring strong footfall, full regulatory compliance, seamless coordination, and an exceptional attendee experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Leadership) on event objectives, content alignment
- Strategically plan and drive attendance for high-impact lead engagement events, investor meets, doctor-focused seminars, conferences, and closed-door roundtables—leveraging pharma/healthcare expertise—while leading invitation strategies, registrations, confirmations, and follow-ups to ensure high attendance from key stakeholders.
- Oversee end-to-end event strategy and execution, including premium venue selection, vendor partnerships, logistics, travel, accommodation, and hospitality.
- Deliver brand-consistent, premium experiences that meet wealth management standards.
- Optimize event budgets through strategic negotiations and cost efficiencies.
- Maintain strict compliance with regulatory guidelines, drawing from pharma event protocols.

Qualification & Skills
- Minimum qualification Graduation
- Strong experience in pharma, healthcare, or doctor-centric events .
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-profile attendees
- Excellent coordination, communication, and vendor management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive client information
- Willingness to travel as per event requirements
Years Of Experience
7 years (preferably in pharma / healthcare events)
