Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assessment, monitoring, and treatment support.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate patient records and nursing notes.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Ensure proper infection control practices and maintain hygiene standards.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first-line care.
- Maintain proper documentation as per hospital and legal requirements.
- Follow biomedical waste management and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with healthcare teams for holistic patient care.
- Participate in ward rounds, health camps, and quality initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with Indian Nursing Council / State Nursing Council.
Experience Requirements
- 1–3 years (for Staff Nurse role).
- Experience in hospital settings is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong clinical and patient-care skills.
- Knowledge of medication administration and nursing procedures.
- Ability to handle emergency and critical care situations.
- Good communication and patient counseling abilities.
- Team-oriented approach with coordination skills.
- Familiarity with hospital information systems / EMR documentation.
