Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care including assessment, monitoring, and treatment support.
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate patient records and nursing notes.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
Ensure proper infection control practices and maintain hygiene standards.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first-line care.
Maintain proper documentation as per hospital and legal requirements.
Follow biomedical waste management and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with healthcare teams for holistic patient care.
Participate in ward rounds, health camps, and quality initiatives.

Required Qualifications

GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid registration with Indian Nursing Council / State Nursing Council.

Experience Requirements

1–3 years (for Staff Nurse role).
Experience in hospital settings is an added advantage.

Required Skills

Strong clinical and patient-care skills.
Knowledge of medication administration and nursing procedures.
Ability to handle emergency and critical care situations.
Good communication and patient counseling abilities.
Team-oriented approach with coordination skills.
Familiarity with hospital information systems / EMR documentation.
Understanding of infection control and safety protocols.
