Position Overview
You will own the Practice Management platform end-to-end as the first Senior Product Manager in this role. You'll drive 0-to-1 product development from concept to launch, working directly with the Tech Lead and founding team. This high-ownership role puts you at the center of building AI-powered healthcare solutions that thousands of dental practices rely on daily.
Role & Responsibilities
• You own the product roadmap from scratch - define vision, prioritize ruthlessly, and make clear trade-offs aligned with business goals
• You lead continuous customer discovery with US dental practices and translate insights into precise product requirements
• You write detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable engineering teams to build with confidence and speed
• You drive 0-to-1 execution taking the product from concept to MVP to GA while managing scope and velocity
• You partner with Tech Lead on architecture decisions impacting product capability, scalability, and HIPAA compliance
• You define and track North Star metrics, KPIs, and success criteria at each milestone - own the data story
• You benchmark competitors like Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, and Curve Dental to identify differentiation opportunities
Must Have Criteria
• 7-12 years in product management with at least 2 years owning 0-to-1 or early-stage SaaS products
• Strong data fluency - able to define metrics, work with usage data, and drive product decisions from evidence
• Technical literacy comfortable engaging with engineering on API design, integrations, and system architecture trade-offs
• Proven ability to write structured, detailed PRDs and work in agile delivery environments
• Hands-on experience using AI tools like LLMs, AI research tools, and automation for accelerated workflows
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from IITs, IIMs, BITS, or equivalent top-tier institutions
• Demonstrated ability to work both hands-on and guide team members on complex product development
Nice to Have
• Prior experience in healthcare, healthtech, or dental-adjacent domains with knowledge of US dental workflows
• Exposure to dental integrations with imaging platforms, labs, e-prescribing, or clearinghouses
• Familiarity with dental industry standards including ADA/CDT codes, insurance eligibility, and HIPAA compliance
• Experience incorporating AI/ML features into clinical or administrative workflows like smart scheduling or revenue cycle automation
