Build and scale Cosma’s network of gynecologists, fertility specialists, and IVF clinics by establishing trusted clinical partnerships that drive patient adoption.
You will be the bridge between Cosma and the medical community.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Identify and onboard gynecologists, infertility specialists, and IVF clinics
• Build long-term, trust-based doctor relationships
• Present Cosma’s solution in a clinically credible manner
• Drive clinic adoption and patient referrals
• Coordinate doctor training, onboarding, and support
• Maintain partner engagement and retention
• Gather clinical feedback to improve product and protocols
• Track partnership performance and growth
👩⚕️ Ideal Candidate
• Experience in healthcare B2B, medical devices, pharma, or fertility sector
• Strong communication skills with doctors and clinic teams
• Comfortable discussing clinical concepts
• Relationship-driven and persuasive
• Self-starter who can build networks from scratch
• Experience with field sales or key account management preferred
