Key Responsibilities
- Handle patient calls with empathy and accuracy, ensuring timely triage and documentation.
- Monitor remote patient data, apply clinical protocols, and escalate abnormal readings.
- Review medical charts, document suspect conditions, and maintain coding accuracy.
- Support operational processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- MBBS degree with 2–3 years of clinical experience.
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written).
- Comfortable with early morning and overlap shifts (IST: 3:30 AM – 12:30 PM / 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and EHR systems preferred.
- Team‑oriented, detail‑driven, and committed to quality care.
Preferred Experience
- Healthcare quality operations or project management involving EHR systems.
