Job Summary
We are looking for qualified and experienced Hair Consultants (Doctors) to provide online consultations, guide patients through hair loss treatments, and support post–hair transplant care. The role requires strong medical knowledge along with the ability to handle patients in a remote consultation setup.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBBS / MDS / MD Dermatology (Mandatory)
- Prior experience in hair loss / alopecia / hair transplant domain preferred
- Experience in online consultation or telemedicine is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online consultations with patients for hair loss concerns
- Diagnose and manage conditions like alopecia, hair fall, thinning, dandruff, etc.
- Recommend and guide patients on medication and treatment plans via platform
- Provide pre and post hair transplant consultation and care guidance
- Support patients with treatment adherence and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales/operations) for patient journey management
- Maintain proper documentation and patient records
- Ensure high-quality patient experience and satisfaction
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of alopecia, hair fall, scalp conditions, and hair biology
- Understanding of hair transplant procedures and post-surgery care
- Good communication and consultation skills (verbal & written)
- Comfortable with digital tools, CRM systems, and teleconsultation platforms
- Patient-centric approach with empathy
