Who we are looking for:We are looking for an Operations Executive/ Backend Coordinator who can manage backend clinic operations including inventory management and billing, while also supporting customer interactions, appointment scheduling, and walk-in coordination in the absence of the Sales Manager at the clinic.
Job Responsibilities:- Manage billing and invoicing using clinic management software (e.g., Zenoti or similar systems)
- Ensure accurate entry of services, packages, and products in the billing system
- Handle inventory management, including stock tracking, inward/outward entries, and re-order coordination
- Monitor product and consumable usage to avoid stock shortages or excess
- Maintain backend operational records and reports for clinic management
- Support customer interactions at the Experience Center when required (walk-ins, basic queries)
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with doctors and therapists in the absence of the Sales Manager
Preferred Candidate Profile:- Prior experience in a clinic / healthcare / wellness backend operations role
- Hands-on experience with billing software such as Zenoti
- Strong understanding of inventory and stock management
- Comfortable handling both backend operations and light front-end coordination
- Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven
- Basic communication skills to handle customers when required
