Role Description The Medical Doctor role at House of Aetheria is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. The Medical Doctor will provide evidence-based consultations, perform and oversee medical and aesthetic procedures, and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical best practices. Responsibilities include taking detailed medical histories, conducting examinations, interpreting diagnostic findings, and ensuring accurate documentation in medical records. The Medical Doctor will collaborate closely with dermatologists, injectors, plastic surgeons, and aestheticians to coordinate patient care and maintain high safety standards. Additional duties include counseling patients on treatment options and wellness plans, monitoring outcomes, participating in clinical protocols, and supporting continuous improvement of services and patient experience.
Qualifications
- Clinical expertise in general medicine, dermatology, or aesthetic medicine, with strong skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Proficiency in performing or supervising medical and aesthetic procedures, with a focus on safety, hygiene, and adherence to clinical guidelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients, manage expectations, and provide empathetic, service-oriented care.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a culture of ethics, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Comfort with maintaining detailed medical records, following protocols, and complying with regulatory and clinical quality standards.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and valid medical license/registration to practice; relevant postgraduate training or specialization in dermatology or aesthetics is an advantage.
- Prior experience in clinical settings such as hospitals, clinics, or medical spas is preferred; experience in luxury or hospitality-driven healthcare environments is beneficial.
