Role Description The Medical Doctor will provide high-quality clinical care to patients, including conducting examinations, diagnosing conditions, prescribing treatments, and monitoring patient progress. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing medical histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, coordinating with nursing and support teams, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role also involves advising patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and the proper use of medical equipment when relevant. The Medical Doctor will collaborate closely with emergency and home-care services to ensure continuity of care. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
Qualifications
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and valid medical license/registration to practice.
- Clinical expertise in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, including nursing, ambulance, and home-care staff.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.
- Ability to manage emergency situations and provide timely, evidence-based interventions.
- Commitment to ethical medical practice, patient safety, and confidentiality.
- Willingness to work in a rotational or flexible schedule to support 24-hour service operations.
- Prior experience in home healthcare, emergency medicine, or critical care is an advantage.
