Who are we?
Spun out of IIT Bombay, HaystackAnalytics is a HealthTech company creating clinical genomics products, which enable diagnostic labs and hospitals to offer accurate and personalized diagnostics. Supported by India's most respected science agencies (DST, BIRAC, DBT), we created and launched a portfolio of products to offer genomics in infectious diseases. Our genomics based diagnostic solution for Tuberculosis was recognized as one of top innovations supported by BIRAC in the past 10 years, and was launched by the Prime Minister of India in the BIRAC Showcase event in Delhi, 2022.
Responsibilities
- Work with diagnostic lab partners for smooth functioning of the infectious disease test
- Work with partners to ensure timely upgrades to the test are done
- Liaison with partners for technical support as needed
- Train partners to use the infectious disease test
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures
- Document activities
- Plan activities and liaison with internal and external stakeholders
Requirement
- Experience in infectious disease and has worked with next generation sequencing platforms candidates will be preferred
- Ability to quickly prioritise and execute tasks
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong documentation skills
- Exposure to molecular diagnostics/ sequencing
- Compulsory rotation shift
- 6 days working with rotational week off
- Willingness to travel Pan-India
