Responsibilities
- Deliver and oversee high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the care team to ensure best practice.
- Provide leadership and support during inspections and audits.
- Act as Nurse in Charge, overseeing day-to-day operational management.
- Promote a respectful, supportive environment that upholds dignity and wellbeing.
- Encourage continuous professional development within the team.
- Support management in maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance.
Requirements
- Must hold an active Nursing PIN
- For non-EEA candidates: must possess a valid Stamp 4 visa/ Spouse Visa or be an EU/EEA citizen
- Third-level qualification in Nursing.
- Relevant certifications in Infection Control, Manual Handling, CPR, Medication Management, Safeguarding, etc. (or willingness to undertake training).
- Previous experience in a nursing home or similar care setting (desirable).
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a genuine interest in mentoring and developing others.
- Flexible approach to working day, night, and weekend shifts.
