Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our Pediatric and Child Development team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with children presenting with developmental, and communication disorders, and will collaborate closely with pediatric neurologists, psychologists, and therapists to deliver evidence-based, family-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with children with conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Developmental Delay, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Speech Delay, Apraxia, and Neurological Disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPs) based on clinical assessments and goals
- Conduct standardized and non-standardized assessments, progress evaluations, and outcome tracking
- Provide parent counseling and home-program guidance to support carry-over of therapy goals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, progress reports, and treatment plans
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including pediatric neurologists, psychologists, occupational therapists, and behavioral therapists
- Participate in case discussions, treatment reviews, and internal trainings
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, clinic policies, and ethical standards
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy
- Valid DHA license or eligibility to practice in Dubai as a Physiotherapist
- Minimum 2 years of UAE clinical experience in pediatric physio therapy
- Proven experience working in pediatric development centers, or rehabilitation clinics
- Strong knowledge of early intervention and evidence-based therapy approaches
- Excellent communication skills in English
