Job Description:
Bareq Al-Seha is seeking a dedicated and experienced General Practitioner (GP) to join our healthcare team. The GP will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical care to patients through online consultations and, physical consultations at the Clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Consultation and Assessment
- Ensure compliance with MOH / UAE healthcare regulations, clinical guidelines, and medical ethics.
- Collaboration with Healthcare Team
- Work closely with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Emergency Care
- Provide immediate medical care in urgent or emergency situations when necessary.
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and quality assurance policies.
- Conduct medical consultations for patients of all ages.
- Take detailed medical histories and perform physical examinations to evaluate patient health conditions.
- Diagnosis and Treatment
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Develop appropriate treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
- Prescription and Medication Management
- Prescribe medications and therapies based on clinical evaluation.
- Ensure safe medication use and monitor patient response to treatment.
- Preventive Healthcare
- Provide preventive care services including vaccinations, health screenings, and routine check-ups.
- Promote healthy lifestyle practices and disease prevention.
- Diagnostic Testing
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic investigations to support diagnosis and treatment decisions.
- Chronic Disease Management
- Monitor and manage patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
- Adjust treatment plans according to patient outcomes.
- Patient Education
- Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, medications, lifestyle modifications, and preventive health measures.
- Referral to Specialists
- Refer patients to specialists or hospitals when advanced care or specialized treatment is required.
- Medical Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including consultation notes, diagnoses, treatments, and prescriptions.
- Compliance with Regulations
Requirements:
- Valid MOH License or Eligibility Letter
- Proven experience as a GP Doctor for 2 years
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is required
- Tech-savvy and comfortable conducting virtual consultations
- Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills
- Empathetic, ethical, and patient-focused
Compensation: Competitive salary + Commission Basis
