Salaried GP – East Grinstead
A CQC-rated GOOD practice in East Grinstead is seeking a Salaried GP to join their team, offering £11,000 - £11,500 per session plus an excellent benefits package.
The practice is a supportive training practice that offers progression and flexible working pattern, alongside a manageable workload. GPs are well supported by a strong multidisciplinary team, including paramedics and dedicated administrative staff, helping to reduce correspondence and day-to-day pressures.
The practice is looking for a GP to work 4–8 sessions per week, with flexibility on working days. They are committed to creating a supportive, well-balanced working environment, with a strong focus on staff wellbeing.
