Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and forward-thinking Doctor to join the multidisciplinary team at Aligned Wellness. This role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centred medical care within a holistic wellness environment that integrates clinical expertise with movement, rehabilitation, and preventative health.
The successful candidate will conduct clinical assessments, develop personalised treatment plans, and support patients in achieving optimal health and recovery. Working collaboratively with osteopaths, therapists, and movement specialists, the doctor will play a key role in supporting our mission to help individuals move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.

Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and medical assessments to accurately diagnose conditions
- Develop personalised treatment plans that support recovery, long-term health, and functional movement
- Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with clinical best practices
- Administer injections where appropriate, including vitamin and nutrient injections, as part of preventative and wellness-focused care
- Provide medical support for patients undergoing rehabilitation, pain management, or wellness treatments
- Work collaboratively with osteopaths, physiotherapists, Pilates instructors, and other practitioners to support integrated patient care
- Offer guidance on lifestyle, nutrition, movement, and preventative health strategies
- Maintain accurate and compliant patient records and clinical documentation
- Refer patients to appropriate specialists or services when required
- Contribute to a positive and professional clinical environment that prioritises patient wellbeing
Skills & Experience
- Fully qualified and registered medical doctor with a licence to practise in the UK
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of musculoskeletal health, rehabilitation, and preventative medicine is advantageous
- Experience administering injections, including vitamin and nutrient therapies
- Interest in integrative, lifestyle, or functional medicine is desirable
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with patients
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary wellness team
- Compassionate and patient-centred approach to healthcare
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
- Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice
Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Pay: £60,000.00-£150,000.00 per year
