Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a skilled Physiotherapist. Key responsibilities include assessing residents' physical conditions, creating personalized therapy plans, providing one-on-one physical therapy sessions, monitoring progress, and updating treatment plans as needed. The Physiotherapist will also collaborate with the medical team to ensure integrated care and educate residents and their families on at-home exercises and preventive care. Active involvement in developing wellness programs to enhance mobility and quality of life is expected.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions
- Expertise in manual therapy, exercise therapy, and rehabilitation
- Knowledge of geriatric care principles and working with age-related conditions, including mobility challenges and physical health concerns
- Excellent communication, empathy, and ability to build rapport with elderly residents
- Collaborative skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary medical and caregiving teams
- Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution
- State-recognized physiotherapy licensure is required
- Relevant experience in geriatric care or working in senior/assisted living settings is advantageous
