Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physiotherapist position located in Bengaluru South. The Physiotherapist will deliver high-quality neuro-physiotherapy services tailored to individual patient needs, which include assessing patients, designing and implementing treatment plans, and tracking progress. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care for patients with neurological conditions, focusing on improving mobility, strength, balance, and quality of life. Collaboration with patients and their families to achieve personalized recovery goals is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Neuro-Physiotherapy, including gait training, balance improvement, muscle-strengthening, and rehabilitation techniques
- Experience in patient assessment, planning personalized treatment, and monitoring progress
- Excellent communication skills for patient and family education as well as collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to document and manage therapy plans effectively
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, with skills in motivating patients to achieve rehabilitation goals
- Graduate degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution; a specialization or experience in neuro-rehabilitation preferred
- Prior experience in working with neurological conditions like TBI, Parkinson's, or other related disorders is an advantage
- Ability to work full-time on-site at the Bengaluru South location
