About the Role
As a Senior Physiotherapist (MSK), you will provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. You will manage a complex caseload, support service delivery, and play a key role in mentoring junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver evidence-based MSK assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plans
• Manage a varied and complex MSK caseload with a high level of autonomy
• Provide rehabilitation programmes including exercise prescription and self-management strategies
• Triage and prioritise referrals effectively
• Supervise and support junior staff, assistants, and students
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Contribute to service planning, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with HSE standards
What We’re Looking For
• CORU registered Physiotherapist
• Significant post-qualification experience, ideally in MSK settings
• Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills in MSK care
• Experience in triage, screening, and managing complex presentations
• Proven leadership and team collaboration abilities
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
