Responsibilities and Duties:-
- To maintain safe and secure environment for patient , visitors, physician, and coworkers by following established standards and procedures.
- Receive, label and analyze samples (blood, toxic, tissue etc.)
- Design and execute laboratory testing according standard procedures, make observations and interpret findings
- Conduct experiments under defined conditions to verify/reject various types of hypotheses using refined scientific methods
- Organize and store all chemicals substances, fluids and compressed gases according to safety instructions
- Record all data and results in specified forms (paper and electronic) with accuracy and responsibility
- Maintain equipment and assist in ordering laboratory supplies
- Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed strictly at all times and maintain a clean and orderly environment
- Performed hematology tests including CBC, blood smear preparation, and analysis using automated and manual methods
- Conducted routine and microscopic urine analysis for detection of infections and abnormalities
- Skilled in phlebotomy and sample collection, ensuring proper patient handling and accurate labeling
- Handled biochemistry testing using fully automated and semi-automated analyzers (glucose, LFT, KFT, lipid profile, etc.)
- Carried out clinical pathology procedures on various body fluids for diagnostic purposes
- Maintained quality control and followed laboratory safety protocols
- Prepared, verified, and dispatched laboratory reports with accuracy and timeliness
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:-
- Qualification – 12th DMLT OR B.Sc. DMLT
- Experience - 1 to 3 yrs
- Must have computer knowledge
- Ready to work in rotational shifts
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
