About The Role
As a Dermatologist at LEOR, you will lead consultation and diagnosis across our centres, design and oversee treatment plans, and uphold the clinical standards that set our practice apart. You will be the medical authority on the floor, guiding both client outcomes and the technical team who deliver them.
Job Title: MD Dermatologist
Location: Pune (Koregaon Park and Aundh)
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
Responsibilities:
1. Consultation and Diagnosis
- Consult and diagnose clients on skin, hair and aesthetic concerns.
- Recommend and prescribe appropriate treatment, including medical and cosmetic dermatology procedures.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure efficacy, tolerability and client satisfaction.
2. Clinical Supervision
- Supervise all cosmetic dermatology services performed by the technical team.
- Mentor and guide technicians to maintain consistency and quality across every treatment.
3. Safety and Quality
- Adhere to all clinical safety guidelines and protocols.
- Act as custodian of service quality processes at the centre level.
- Attend to any clinical emergencies that arise during treatment or procedure.
Qualifications
- MBBS with a postgraduate qualification in dermatology (MD, DNB, DVD, DDV) from a recognised and reputed medical college.
Required Skills
- Strong diagnostic skills in dermatology.
- Ability to design effective, evidence-led treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in cosmetic and aesthetic dermatology.
